Reloading Supplies

You can get started reloading for under $200…Interested?  Call me!  Remember, Reloading Supplies are affected by metal price fluctuations.  You still can reload cheaper than factory, usually anywhere from 1/3 to 1/2 the price.  If you’re only doing it for a box or 2 a year, it’s not really worth it.   If you like to shoot alot it can SAVE you Big Bucks.

The cost of reloading can vary by caliber greatly.  Some ammo may not be cost effective to reload.  Below are several comparisons:

Facts:  1lb of powder has approximately 7000 grains of powder.

.223 – 24grs of powder per casing = 291 loaded rds per lb of powder

22-250 – 38 grs per casing = 184 loaded rds per lb

243 – 43grs per casing = 162 loaded rds per lb

25-06 – 48 grs per casing = 145 loaded rds per lb

270win – 60 grs per casing = 116 loaded rds per lb

7 rem mag – 75 grs per casing = 93 loaded rds per lb

.308 – 51grs per casing = 137 loaded rds per lb

30-06 – 58 grs per casing = 120 loaded rds per lb

300 ultramag – 100grs per casing = 70 loaded rds per lb

These are average powder charges with the most popular bullet sizes in each caliber.

Primers are approximately $0.03 per primer.

Bullets average anywhere from .10 on up depending on the bullet maker ie…. Nosler, Seirra, Barnes etc…

It is obvious there are great savings in reloading and pricing can vary greatly depending on what components you are using and if you buy bulk or not.  These figures are not bulk priced. This is pricing directly from our shop.
